Math Professor app for iPhone and iPad

Math Professor is a unique App that the whole family can use to practice basic Math (Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide). There are six difficulty levels, starting from very basic level for toddlers (For example 1 + 7) to more advanced level (For example 7987 + 9492), all in the same App. Again the same range of difficulty is available for subtraction, multiplication and division.

The answers can be both keyed in through a specially adapted soft keypad, or selected from a set of multiple choices. The multiple choice entries are very carefully generated using an algorithm that makes the choices close.

One can attempt the questions in a relaxed state by not using the timer. Alternatively, one can measure one’s proficiency by turning on the timer. The top scores are archived for later analysis.

Positive feedback through sound is given when a correct answer is selected. When one does not get the correct answer, the actual answer is displayed before moving on to the next problem.

The App screens have been designed to function both in portrait and in landscape mode.

Shake the device to reset the score and timer for the current session.

The App is embedded with sounds and animations in an attempt to keep the user a little more engaged and alert. If desired, the audio can be switched off.
